FREE RETURNS FOR ALL FULL-PRICED ITEMS FOR U.S. ORDERS. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out or join our VIP Style Community with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get in new styles each week and are happy to assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Click HERE and then enter your email address and order number (which can be found at the top of your emailed receipt) in the box to start a Return. Follow all the prompts. Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid USPS Return label will be emailed directly to you! Print the label out and send your package back! 

You have 2 Business Days to get your return package in the mail to us or we may refuse your return and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs on the rejected return package. 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. 

You will also be responsible for return shipping fees for any unauthorized items that are included in your return package. We will invoice you with the return shipping fees if you want your items back. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.

  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.

  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn and free of perfumes, smoke and pet hair. 

  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.

  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits.

  • Orders that have a Promo or Discount Code applied at checkout will incur a $5.95 restocking fee but you will still be able to return the item for store credit minus the restocking fee. A Pre-Paid return shipping label will also be provided. 

  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags + Belts.

  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.

  • We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly. When you receive your Store Credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.

  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.

  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.

  • Store Credit does not expire.

  • Free Return Labels are not applicable for In Store Purchases or Phone Orders.

  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

Due to our fast inventory turnover, all SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Thank you for understanding.
